A cartoon for the prevention of industrial accidents. Tried to get a lot of movement into the image, and make the puddle stand out by making it as radioactive as possible.

The floor effect is simple and yet quite effective. Create a seperate layer in photoshop with a distorted grid to give the joints of the tiles and add a bevel effect using the layer menu, colour the odd tile in using a differing colour and there you go.
